Urgent Need Help name mis spelled in employment offer
Hello All,
Can any one of you pl help me I have my interview scheduled for 26th of this month in Chennai and my Name in my Emplyment offer from my H1 Sponsor is mis spelled, My name appears correctly on the I 797 and other documents.
My name is Syed.... but in the offer letter it reads as Sayed. So I wanted to check with you if this would be an issue.
Kindly help me so that I can contact my sponsor asking them to do the needful.
