Hello,
I am an Indonesian Citizen. I have H1B visa stamp valid until 8/15/2015. I live in San Diego.
1. Do I have to get a visa through Mexican Embassy in USA before I go to Mexico for tourist purposes and elective surgery (dental and cosmetic)?
2. Do I have any problem re-entering USA using my H1B visa stamp after going to Mexico? I have a valid stamp until next year, and valid electronic I-94 with the same date.
3. When I depart by land to Mexico and come back, is there an issue to obtain a new I-94 to re-enter USA by land as long as my H1B stamping is valid?
