Help Required in DS160 Form Filling - No surname in passport

Hi,

I am filling up the DS 160 form. However, I do not have Sur Name printed in my passport. My First & Last name are both printed in the Given Name field in my passport (Ex: Kazim Mir).

Should I fill my DS 160 as:
Sur Name: Kazim Mir
Given Name: FNU

or can I fill it as"
Sur Name: Mir
Given Name: Kazim

Hi Kazim,

Most people complete their DS-160 application using the information on their passport. If you want to have your surname as "Mir", you may want to have your passport updated.
