Hi,
I will be travelling to US with my spouse (dependent). This is the first time that both of us are travelling. The travel tickets for me will be purchased by my company but for my spouse I need to purchase the ticket out of my own pocket. We both are planning to travel on the same day and on the same flight.
In the port of entry in US, what are all the documents that will be required to be displayed by the H4. Is travel insurance required? H4 can furshing the following documents, Passport, I129 Xerox, I797B Xerox, my company pay stubs, marriage certificate, marriage album and also tell my company details. Do they want to see travel insurance?
At the port of entry, will both of us be interviewed separately or will be interviewed togeather.
