Hello folks,
All of us traveled returned on 30th April 2014 after a month long international travel. We got our new visa stamped on the passport during the trip (Old visa was expired and we had new I-797 at hand). At the border, I was fingerprinted and the picture taken (H1B holder) but the officer didn't fingerprint DW or took her picture (H4). We didn't realize at that time, as we were really tired after a long travel. By the time we learned, we were half way home.
Now that DW wants to renew her driving license, I thought of pulling out her I-94, but noticed that it is not updated. It still shows old I-94. Any idea how I should proceed to get that corrected?
