Hi,
I am on H4 currently.
I was on H1 between 2006 and 2011. A total of 5 years and 2 months (10 months remaining). I was out of the US between 2011 and 2013 (about 2 years). I am currently in the US, on H4.
If I find an employer to file my Perm / I140, will I be able to extend the H1 I held earlier?
Please advice.
