this is regarding change H4 to H1 B, while i has H1 b which is now expired.
Looking for status change from H4 to H1 B visa. My wife has valid H1b and will be travelling with her on H4. please help on this.
1. Can i change my status from H4 to H1 immediately ? if yes, whether it will go in lottery as i already had H1b also which is expired .
2. what is the processing time for change of status , also fee approximate?
