This is a followup to one of my earlier threads.
I am currently working for employer A and my H1B transfer from employer B has been approved with B's petition and I-94 expiring earlier than A's petiton and I-94.
Please let me know if I do not join B and continue with A then which I-94 would be valid.
Also, is it mandatory for employer B to revoke the new H1B petition if I do not join?
