H1B transfer with mutiple companies

Hi experts,
I have a unique situation right now. I am currently working with company A. I got an offer from company B and they processed my H1 transfer in premium processing. I got approval notice yesterday but mean while I got another offer from company C which is much better than B so I am thinking of going with C.
I have not yet resigned from company A yet and they are still holding my payroll.
Company C is going to start H1 transfer by next week.

1. Will there be any issue for H1 transfer with company C when company B transfer is approved?
2. Do I need to tell company C about company B transfer?

This is very urgent so your advice is highly appreciated.

1. None that I see unless you have signed contractual obligations to B.
2. Not required as you are still working only with A.
