My I 797 petition expires in sept 2014, but my Visa is valid till June 2016. I am a first time traveler due to travel in Jun 2014. How long will my I94 be valid. Can I apply for I797 ext from US

Surprising your visa stamping is beyond petition end date.

Depends upon the immigration officer. If he doesnt see the petition then you might get till 2016. Yes you can apply for extension of I797 once in US.
