while H1B transfer ,H4(Dependency) can travel to US with the existing Visa

our(including H4) visa valid till 2016 ,I am alone in US and doing H1B transfer, in this point of time H4 (family) can able to travel India to US with visa irrespective of the existing and new status;

As long as they travel when their visa is valid and at the Port of Entry they have the approved petition of the employer you are working with at the time of their entry to US, it should be fine.
