How long can I stay after I94 expiry??

Hi,

My I94 is expiring on 6th of June. I applied for UK visa on and 16th May hoping that I would get my passport back before 6th June but so far I have not received it. I am little concerned now since I do not have my passport with me and if I do not get the passport back before 6th June, what should I do?

You should avoid staying after your I-94 expiry. The longer you stay the lesser your chance of returning back to US.

Talk to someone in the UK Embassy to get your passport back as soon as possible.
