modify DS157

can i modify DS157 somehow my wife has forgotten to include some information in DS157. ,. we have taken counter visa date, not online.

Hi,

You can change the DS 156/157 form through the VFS web site. Click on 'Apply for a non-immigrant visa'. Choose option 'No' for BEP. Then in the next page, you will find a link 'Modify a saved application'. Click on it and modify your application.
