Getting H1B second time

I was on H1B visa for an year and then lost my job in layoff. I had to go back to India and after two years I came back to USA with a new H1B visa.

So my question is will this be considered as a fresh H1B visa and I will have 6 years or the previous one year will be counted?

When you say new H1B was it new visa stamp on existing cap exempt H1 or new H1B stamp on a new cap subject petition?

Please put relevant dates to help understand the situation.

When was previous H1 applied? when was it valid from to? When did you leave? When did you apply new H1?
