Processing H1B and I-140 in parallel (Implications)

Hello Experts,
a) I am on L1B Visa.
b) I have applied for L1B to H1B transfer this year (2014).
c) I am also planning to ask my employer to file I-140 this year (2014).
d) Later this year (2014), I plan to visit India and then also go for H1B stamping assuming all goes well by then.

Question:
1.) Is there any impact to H1B stamping when I go for stamping in India (Dec-2014), when I-140 is under processing (or is approved)
2.) Is it advisable to mention about I-140 during the H1B stamping interview
3) Any other implication or advise that I should be considerate about I-140 and H1B processing/stamping happening in parallel to each other.

1. I dont see any issues.
2. I believe you have to declare it in the DS-160 form.
3. I dont see any.
