H1B stamping and H4 stamping together

Hello,

I am going for H1B extension stamping and at the same i want to take my wife for her H4. I have following questions:

1. Do i need to fill DS-160 form separately for me and my spouse?
2. Can we give VISA interview together as a family? How I can take common date for me and my spouse for two different type of VISA?

2. Yes. I believe you can add each other to the respective DS-160 and appointment is scheduled at the same time.
