Hi,

Need clear clarification..

My First Company (in India) applied my H1B by April 2007 (stamped) and expired by April 2010. My Second company (in India) reopened the same H1B by June 2013 (got stamped) and expired in April 2014. Till date I never traveled in my H1B (haven’t used my H1B)

My Second Company want to reopen the same H1B, is that possible or I need to apply for my fresh H1B.
