H1 new application received RFE

I just got update in my case and now it is in RFE.

is it very common or it is an indication that my visa application may deny.

Earlier in this year I got denial for my L1B extension.

I have not received any reason from my employer.

Not much can be commented upon without knowing what is in the RFE. RFE could be with respect to why the job requires a bachelor' s, or how your qualifications match the job description or if you maintained valid status while on L1, how long you spent on L1, or details about the sponsor...etc etc. Without actually knowing what the RFE is about its mere speculation. Your employer and their legal team should be able to handle. If they need you they will contact you.

Denial chances are always there till approval notice is received.
