5 year counter reset
hi,
This question could be repeated but i need your help in understanding the 5 year clock reset for L1.
I had L1- B visa approved from 26-11-2008 to 25-11 - 2011
Period of stay in the us
First Visit
30-apr-2009 To 26- mar- 2010
No of days: 332 days
Second Visit
25-jul-2010 To 07-Nov- 2012
No of days:836 days
I did not apply for L1 extension post 25-11 - 2011 as I94 issued at port of entry for the second time was valid till 24-july-2013. Now i have applied for 2015 H1 and got selected in lottery. Since am out of Us since 11/2012 does my counter get reset or my h1 period should be 6- (332+836 days of) L1 stay.
Please suggest.
