What should I fill in course of study?
I have BE and MTech degrees in CSE?
Should I simply write Computer Science and Engineering in course of study of both institutes?
OR Should I write Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering in COmputer Science and Enginnering?

You will have to fill it out separately. CSE for Engineering and then CSE for MTech.

You mean simply "Computer Science and Engineering" once for BE and once for MTech?

NO need to write completely like Master of Technology in Computer Science??

Write the way it appears on your degree certificate issued by the University.
One entry for your Bachelors and another entry for Masters.
