Hi, I am planning to change my employer with an approved I-140. The six years on my H1-B expires in Jan 2016. My new employer will start the GC immediately after the H1 transfer is done. I wanted to ask if I can still port my priority date or not? What happens if my current employer revokes the petition? Can that be done? Please advice. Thanks.
