Request you to spend a bit of your valuable time for my below query.
I am valid H1B holder and in US currently. My son's visa appointment is on 29th November 2005 at US consulate, Chennai.
Recently I have joined another company in US. But i booked the visa appointment under the LIN number of old company. Can my son still go to consulate with that information or Do i need to book another appointment with new LIN number.
If he can go to consulate, what are the documents that he needs to carry with him. By 29th November, no pay stub will be generated under the new company.
