H1B Visa process second time

Hi,

I already been in US around 1.5 years in H1B. I wanted to process it again. Do i need to process as new (like lot system...). Please explain this scenario.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please give me in details.
I already been US for 1.5 years. after that i returned to india. Now my visa got expired. So what step i need to make for processing H1B?
