Hello,
I worked in company A for 4 years in India. Company A filed H1B petition for me and it got approved in October 2012 and is valid till April 2015. I have not stamped the visa. Due to medical issues I resigned my job in 2013 and I was informed that my H1B will be cancelled upon my resignation. Since I had no other go I did resigned. Now I am in a position to go back to work.
If I am able to get a job in company A itself, will my petition become valid again?
If I get a job in company B, will company B be able to utilize my H1B? And if so what are the formalities?
