FNU LNU and UNKNOWN mess all together..Need Help

H1B Transfer 2014 Petition - LNU, Parmod Kumar

First Name Last name
H1B Visa 2013 - FNU AAAA Kumar As per DS160 I put my first name in Last name and FNU in my first name.
H1B Visa Stamping- ? ?


1 What should I use DS160 First name and last name when I will go for stamping in 2014.
2 Is there could be an issue as my current Petition approve as LNU instead of last petition as (No Name Given) in first name. And FNU in my last H1B visa stamp.
3 Please guys let me know the impact and cushion needed. And advice or view in this situation.

As per passport -

SurName - <<BLANK>>

recently i got my dependent 797, and as per 797

Family Name - LNU
Given Name - AAAAAAAA BBBBB

what should i fill in DS160, as per DS160 rule if passport don't have sunrname then First Name content will go in Given Name and Sur Name will be FNU

The best thing to do would be to get your name fixed up first.

You will have to go through name change process first. Then, get your passport changed. Then, you work on getting everything else fixed such as social security card, driver's license.

Otherwise, as the time passes, this mess will continue to become bigger and bigger such as green card petition, home ownership documents, children birth certificates and so on.

I have the same issue and I am in process of filling out the DS-160. Could you please suggest on how it got resolved or what pattern did you use?
I don't have enough time to correct my passport. Is it ok for Petition name to not match the Ds-160 name?

I would really appreciate an input.
