  • Consolidated Degree (MCA) Marksheet is enough for H1B Approval

    Hi,

I am working for a leading Indian employer & I am a MCA graduate. I have applied for H1B visa for 2014-2015, for which I got an RFE few days back. I havent got the complete RFE reason from my employer. Now my employer is telling me to submit all the degree semester marksheets both my Master (MCA) & Under Graduate (B.sc. Computer Science). Unfortuntely I have ONLY the consolidated mark sheets of both MCA & B.sc. Computer Science as well as the convocation certificates of both degrees. Whether that will suffice? Where I don't have all the semester mark sheets for both the degrees. Please let me know whether that will have any impact on my H1B approval, as getting all the semester mark sheets for both degrees will take more than 3 months. Hence, please clarify.

    Thanks,
    H1BMonty

Degree with consolidated market sheets should be enough.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
