H4 approved But H1 still Pending

Hi All,

Employer B filed H1 transfer for me in premium basis. I have received my spouse receipt notice at home. When I checked the status it is in Approved status.

But when I checked with my attorney , they have not even received my receipt yet ( h1 trasfer receipt ).

Is it common ? How this scenario will impact on H1 approval ?

If H4 has been approved, does it mean that the H1 will also get approved for sure ?

Hello,

Did you get any update on this. I also have same case my wife H4 got approved before in October 2014 but I did not got my approval yet.

Any help would be appreciated.
