H1 Petition Not found - No Slip Given - Admin Processing - Chennai

Hi,

My interview experience in chennai.

VO: Passport Please ?
Me: Given passport

VO: Who is your Client ?
Me: YYYY

VO: Can I see your I797 form
Me: Given

VO: I cannot find your petition in system.We will get back to you if it is not found.
Me: Ok

VO has not told whether VISA was approved or not.
He has kept my Passport and has not given any slip to me.

Current Status Online: Admin Processing
Can anyone suggest me:
1) Why they haven't given me any slip ?
2) What is it meant by 'Petition not found in system' and how long probably could it take?

H1 Petition Not Found in USCIS website

Hi ,

I have H1B petion while I was working with IBM however H1B visa never stamped.
Petition was valid till Feb-23-2014. Petition no is WAC1202951107.

Now I want to get H1B visa with my current employer.

I try to have H1b in Non-Cap as already I have H1B petition with my name.
However While I try to find my receipt No it is showing that, the receipt no is not found in the database and got below message:

•My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283

Can you please help me with this and let me kwno why this is not showing in WSCIS website.
