I am planning to visit my home country in Nov. I have a visa from my previous employer valid through 2006 and an approval notice from my current employer.
I had initially booked my ticket by NW (via amsterdam). My travel agent called me and said NW has cancelled their flight and he can put me in AirFrance that flies via Paris. In this situation, do I need a transit visa? The agent told me I do, but i am not sure if he knows what he's talking about. Since I have a valid US visa (though from a different employer), do u guys think i need a transit visa? I heard that airport authorities at Paris are pretty stringent.
Also, can I reenter US without any issues at the port of entry (because of different employers on my passport) ?
