H1 transfer

Question:

I am transferring my H1B visa from company A to B as I got offer to join, but B company need 4 pay slips to transfer.



As i have the pay slips from A 15th May to 31th May -Got the pay slip

1th June to 15th June-No -As i am on Loss of pay and I don’t have.

16th June to 30th June-Got the pay slip

1th July to 15th July -will ready by 30th July


Will there is any legal issue to transfer to B as there is gap in the pay slips?

Dont understand "loss of pay", if you are on H1 you should get paid. If not then you will most likely get a RFE for that payslip.
