I am on H4 visa. My husband's H1 got extended after six years on account of pending labor certification. Can I work with my H4 status?

I am on H4 visa. My husband's H1 got extended after six years on account of pending labor certification. Can I work with my H4 status?

Not yet. Work permits for H4 visa holders are still not framed. Also, based on whatever documentation I have read, work permit of H4s would be mostly for those H1 dependents whose primary H1 visa holders I140 has been approved and are waiting for priority date to be current.
