Query on H1 Transfer - Urgent
Hi,
Currently i am on H1 with company A. My h1 petition and I-94 is valid till april,2006.But visa stamping on the passport was expired in oct 2nd week,2005.
Now,due to some project problems,i might have to change the job.I have 2 questions:
1.Can i apply for H1 transfer to company B,eventhough i don;t have the valid visa stamping(as i have the H1 petition & i-94 valid till april,2006)
2.In case,(1) can't be done,can i change to a different location/same current working location,but a different project with this H1 and i-94 validity,though i don;t have visa stamping.
Any information will be really appreciated.
