I have created DS160 for H1B visa interview at New Delhi and submitted the fees. I have not yet scheduled interview, can I change DS160 so that I can schedule interview at Chennai?

I have two dependent H4 DS 160 as well.

I saw on site http://portal.ustraveldocs.com/ we have option to update interview location and DS 160? Can we update? will it create any issue?

No issues, you can update and also can change the interview location.

Thanks for reply I got clarification on this, my H1B have consulate mentioned as NEW DELHI will be going there only. This can be closed.

Hi,

Not needed. You can attend visa interview any where in India. For me in I-797 it mentioned as Chennai but I attended at Hyderabad location.
