H1b Visa transfer/Visa stamping if travelling to India

Hi All,

I have the stamped Visa from Company A upto Aug 2016, i have recently changed company B in US (i 797 valid upto May 2017).

I have a plan to go to india in Nov 2014, do i need to stamp the new visa since i have changed the company.

My old company visa stamping is valid upto Aug 2016.

Kindly let me know the process.

Hi,

I don't think you need to go for visa stamping again as u already hold a valid visa upto Aug 2016.

You go with the old visa but with the petition of company B
