I had an interview on 16-Dec-2013 for L-1 Visa in Karachi Consulate. After interview, the visa counselor informed me that my case is being forwarded for “Administrative Process”. Since then I have been waiting for the Visa.
In the meantime, my employer has applied for my H1B visa quota. Last week, I come to know that my H1B visa had been approved and they have dispatched I-797B document to me. So I have following queries, kindly respond me.
6) Should I need to cancel my L1 Visa?
7) Should I reapply for H1 visa?
8) Should I wait until my L1 visa issued then reapply for H1 visa?
9) Is it possible to change the status of my visa from L1 to H1 now?
10) Or please explain any other solution which suits me in this situation.
