URGENT - Approved H1B. Not Stamped. Can Client Be Changed ? H1B Transfer Possible ?

Q - URGENT - Hv Approved H1B. Not Stamped Due To No Client Letter. Can Client Be Changed After Getting a Client Letter From A Different Client ? In Worst Case - Can H1B Visa Transfer Possible In India Without Stamping & Not Being Traveled At All TO USA ?

Working for Firm A. Firm B has offerred a permanent US Position with them for Client C & Have filed my H1B Visa this year in premium processing. Got H1B visa approved in 1st of May. Went for stamping to chennai in July this year. Got 221g due to non availability of Client Letter. Consulate asked me not to come Chennai again & asked me to drop PASSPORTS along with client letter @ Bangalore Drop Box, to Stamped.



Requested Petioner ( Firm B ) to get client letter. They have failed to get Client Letter for Client C.



WHAT I DO NOW ?

WHAT ARE THE POSSIBILITY FURTHER ?

CAN PETITIONER CAN GO FOR CLIENT CHANGE OR PROJECT CHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT CLIENT & GET A CLIENT LETTER ?

IF YES, IF THE PETITIONER RECEIVES THE NEW CLIENT LETTER FOR A DIFFERENT CLIENT, DO I NEED TO GO TO CHENNAI AGAIN FOR STAMPING ? OR DROPPING THE CLIENT LETTER WILL DO ?



ALSO H1B TRANSFER Possible In India Without Visa Being Stamped or Traveled ?



PLS ADVISE. I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED.

WHAT I DO NOW ?
Since you say your current employer is failed to get client letter.
Find other employer who is ready to offer permanent job in USA.
They know what to do (Apply new cap exempt petition).

WHAT ARE THE POSSIBILITY FURTHER ?
With this employer nothing much you can do.

If it is so, they can tell you that.

ALSO H1B TRANSFER Possible In India Without Visa Being Stamped or Traveled ?
It is not H1B Transfer since you not yet enter in USA under H1 and not yet working for anyone.
However, A new employer can file cap exempted petition for you. And once that is approved, you will go for stamping and get Visa and join the new petitioner.
