Hi All,
Im currently employed with my company 'A' for which i got my H1b extension stamped via dropbox in Hyderabad, India. I was scheduled to pickup my passport in 14 calender days from the pickup location but was not able to pick it up so they have sent it to the US embassy in Hyderabad but gave me a date of Sep 17th to collect it from the embassy. But here the issue is now my vacation is only approved till Sep 3rd and my current employer is saying that if i dont report back to work in US by 3rd sep they will terminate my job . I guess which also affects my visa and i also have my 140 approved in my GC process. If my current employer terminates my job what are my chances to reenter into US . If there are any ways i can reenter to US please let me know. ANy suggestions is appreciated and will really appreciate if responded ASAP . I dont have much time.
