Travelling on 10 days valid visa

My family is having valid H4 visas till 3rd Oct'14 and they are traveling to US on Sept. 21st. My H1B extension is approved and I have a valid petition till Aug'15. My employer will file their H4 extension as soon as they land in USA. Would it be a problem if they travel only with 10 days valid visa?

Dont see an issue. Make sure they carry your latest petition upon entry.
