H1B transfer from Company B to Current L1 company A

Hi,
I m currently employed with company A(for last 10yrs) on L1B valid till Jan 2015, and have approved H1B from company B starting Oct 1, 2014...
1. If company A transfers my H1b, can i still join company B after few months?? or Does my H1B visa with company B becomes invalid after the transfer?

Petition and visa are two different things.

Company A would have to file a Cap Exempt h1 on the basis of B's petition and gets its approved before 01-Oct-2015. Once approved, B can always file another petition , again cap exempt, in future and if that is approved you can work for B.
