Hi All,
Has anyone had to pay liquidation damages to H1B employer because you could not join them after filing a petition, especially when you have signed a contract which mentions something like that. I see all kind of opinions on the net. Has anybody paid it after going through a law suit?
I am in a similar situation and would like an answer.
