Time Gap between H1 stamping after B1 rejection

HI,

I have approved H1 petition but my B1 visa got rejected in 1st week September now i am planing to go for H1 stamping in October month.Is there any time gap between these two or shall i wait for 3 months.Please suggest

Is my B1 rejection will impact on my H1 as within the short duration i am going for H1 stamping

Please provide your valuable inputs.

Both would be looked at independently, unless of course B1 was rejected for fraud. With that said, I dont think your B1 rejection should negatively impact your H1 , as long as your H1 employer is genuine and you have the paperwork, it should be fine. You do have to declare in the DS-160 for H1 about B1 rejection.
