I have a valid petition and H1B Visa from Company A and I worked for this company for 6 months. I got an opportunity with Company B and applied for visa transfer and it is approved but I can not join company B as the position for which they hired is closed. I am still with Company A and I dont have any document of company B petition (except reciept number) . Now I got another offer from company C, can I apply for transfer ? Do in need to mention about company B.??
