HI ,
I have valid H1B stamping from previous employer . But when I went for stamping again with new employer petition i got 221(g) white form .

My question is can i travel to US with my previous stamping and new i797 which got 221(g) ? Please suggest i need to fly soon .

Hi,

If you have got a valid visa with previous employer why should u go for a fresh stamping? If your previous employer visa is still valid then i think u can travel. Better get inputs from ur attorney.
