H1B starting LLC. Kindly respond soon

Hi,

I got confirmation for a client project today.
My vendor is unwilling to do c2c with my current H1 B employer.
He wants me to either do on his w2 or do corp-2-corp with my own company (i.e, company registered under my name).

I like to know if I can set up an LLC as H1 B visa holder and work directly corp-2-corp (c2c) with a vendor.
Please let me know what is best option.

Setting up a LLC is different than setting up an LLC where you are the only employee and self sponsoring the H1. If this is the sole purpose of the LLC i dont think this would be the right thing to do. Advisable to take guidance from an attorney so as to not jeopardize your H1 status in the future.
