Old Stamping and new employer

My H1B visa stamping is valid for 2 more years but I have changed my employer few months ago. Do I need to get new stamping to reflect the change in employer or can I re-enter US with the old stamping and the new I797 copy? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can enter on old vaild visa, with new I797.
