My Spouse is not coming with me for H4 stamping

Hi,

I am going to attend for H1 Visa stamping next week .Could someone please clarify my below query,

- My wife is not coming with me for H4 visa stamping. Actually she is also working for the same company where I am working so she will be attending for H4 may be later, but I have mentioned in my DS 160 that she will also travel along with me.
If VO asked why your wife hasn't come for H4 then What should be my answer? Please help me here
