Does I-94 number change after H-1B and/or H4 visa extension

Hi,

I'm in USA and my visa expires this month end and i've received new I-797B for myself and my wife.

Does I-797 itself contains I-94 at bottom?
If yes, Does I-94 number change after H-1B and/or H4 visa extension? it still has the same I-94 numbers
If no, when and how will I receive the new I-94?

Also, when I go online to check my I94 record at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html, it doesn't show my new visa expiry date as per my new I-797B

I am facing the exact same issue, my H1B got renewed (& H4 for my wife) but my I-94 will expire soon. Can I continue to stay in the US legally?
