H4 Visa appointment

Hi,

I made an appointment for H4 visa. How do I make changes to the appointment data like passport number and first name. This is very urgent and I don't want to cancel my appointment as it is very difficult to get an appointment for chennai consulate. I have been waiting since 5 months for this appointment. Please anyone help me out.
