H4 visa

I am in H1b visa and I recently transferred my visa to a company and have been working for them for past 3 months. I have a valid H1b stamping till September,2015 .I am going to get married in coming November
and also planning to sponsor H4 for my wife. My question is- do I have to go for H1b visa stamping as I transferred my visa to a new employer and also I need file H4 visa for my wife.Could any please advise me.Thank you

You dont need to, your wife has to.
