Hello,
I was with Company A on L1B visa.Company B sponsored H1B and after H1B petition and COS approved (new I94 with H1 validity date) .I resigned from Company A on Sep30.I attended an interview yesterday and got offer letter from Company C.They have started H1b transfer and my joining date in Company C would be Oct 20 -30.
My queries:
1.As i will not have payslips and no salary is generated for Oct month from Company B, Will there be any issue in future?
2.I haven't applied COS for my wife yet L2 to H4 ,Can i do it directly after my H1B is transferred to Company C ?
